Every child is a born genius, brimming with hidden talents waiting to be discovered. It is a teacher's responsibility, to find these seeds of potential and help them blossom into flowers. As Albert Einstein stated, "But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid". We need to recognise that our children are growing up in a world, in a time, which is very different from our own childhood. Hence, we cannot guide them while being clouded by our own biases and preconceived notions.
Education in the emerging global knowledge economy has become a great leveler amongst Individuals and Nations, being the highest form of organizational capital. The whole purpose of education is for all individuals to learn and grow as better people, everyone in this sector, should then make an effort to work together to achieve the common goal. The need of the hour is to help our children become independent thinkers and develop integrated personalities. We believe that education should create the pupil's life as a whole in terms of positive attitude towards life, decision making skills, learning about the world around them, and of all a good Human Being. The Management, Parents, Students and the Teaching Fraternity are a team and complement each other's efforts. Education is not just a process of giving knowledge for a high profiled job but a lifelong process which creates an understanding of moral and ethical values to guide and make our students morally upright citizens of the country.
The school works towards inculcating certain
values in the students in order to enrich their mind and spirit and also to
develop essential moral attributes like truthfulness, courtesy, generosity,
compassion, justice, love and trustworthiness in them. The students are taught
to study in an atmosphere of love and unitv where each student sees himself or
herself as a member of one global family, free from the prejudices of
ethnicities, nationalities, class and religious dogmas.
